Complete Property Refurb
A full house refurbishment covering first-fix electrics, plumbing, carpentry, flooring and a complete redecoration — planned so every trade handed cleanly to the next.
What we did
This property needed stripping back to the studwork before it could go forward: old wiring pulled and replaced with a full first-fix rewire, wall surfaces made good, and new sockets and switches positioned to suit the finished layout.
In the main living space, we built a stud-framed media wall from scratch — a recessed housing for the TV, an inset electric fire, and alcove shelving either side — then closed it in and finished it to match the room. Large-format marble-effect porcelain tiles were laid through the open-plan living and kitchen area, and a black gloss fitted storage unit was built alongside a new set of French doors.
Elsewhere in the property, a bedroom was replastered, repainted and re-carpeted, and radiators were upgraded as part of the wider heating work — all coordinated so the property was liveable again as quickly as possible.
